  • For Coaching Sessions: Refunds are not available on 1 on 1 coaching session. If you are unhappy with the coaching process, we will work with you to find a suitable resolution which will involve either a termination of the coaching relationship OR a free re-do of the call.
  • For Digital Products & Courses: Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are typically not offered once access has been granted. However, if you encounter any technical issues, please contact us immediately for support.
5. Delivery & Access Policy
All coaching sessions are delivered via phone or zoom at a scheduled time, which will be arranged with you prior to the start of the program. For digital products (e.g., courses, eBooks), once your purchase is completed, you will be granted immediate access to the materials through our website portal if the portal applied to your purchased product.

You may cancel any scheduled 1-on-1 coaching session with 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session may result in a rescheduling fee or a lost call. For group programs, please refer to the specific cancellation terms outlined for each course or program.
